Spend your days paddling down the river, grilling up fresh-caught fish, playing lawn games, or just kicking back on the dock while mullets jump and manatees glide by. At night, gather around the fire pit, tell stories, and watch the stars. (Pro tip: S’mores make everything better. 😉) 🛏️ Inside the House We’ve set this place up to feel like home, but better. Master Bedroom: King bed (because everyone deserves a good night’s sleep). Guest Room: Queen bed + 2 convertible chairs that become a queen or two singles. Living Room: Cozy and open, perfect for movie nights or game time. Fully Stocked Kitchen: Everything you need to cook up a feast (minus the groceries). Washer/Dryer: Because no one wants to take home wet swimsuits. 🌟 A Few Things to Know There is a minimum stay required of 3 nights and no check outs on Saturdays. This is our family’s home away from home. We ask that guests treat it with the same love and care we do. We have 3 outdoor security cameras in public-facing areas only (driveway and yard). This is just to keep trespassers away and ensure a safe stay. Grills are available (gas & charcoal), but guests will need to provide their own propane/charcoal. 🚤 Ready to Make Memories? - Children must NEVER be left unattended/unsupervised inside or outside the house since the home is on the water and there are no fences. - By completing your reservation with Belle Springs & Oaks in Weeki Wachee you agree to the rental agreement. - Check in is at 4pm / check out at 11am - Water activities: we provide fun toys to play in the water but remember that this stay is about enjoying nature therefore if wildlife is present, please give them some space to pass through as tranquil as possible - Damages: broken or missing items from towels and furnishings to kayaks or the home itself will be deducted from the deposit. If costs add up to beyond the deposit further action will be taken.
