Waterfront Retreat: Kayak, Fish & Relax in Weeki Wachee

As our guest you'll have direct access to the pristine waters of Weeki Wachee river as well as the rich Gulf of Mexico. Jump on one of the 8 kayaks provided (5 adults and 3 kids) and explore the beauty of one of the most picturesque Florida springs. While enjoying the 5 miles up the stream you are most likely to encounter manatees, deer, turtles and otters. It is also a bird watching paradise from hawks to ibis, heron to turkey vultures and so many more. Bird watching is actually a delight just sitting on the dock as well. Great outdoors to host a family cookout (or two)! On cooler evenings you can sit around the fire pit making s'mores, enjoying each others’ company and making memories. The house is within a couple of miles of pristine parks, reservations, hiking trails, beach, springs and adventures for the whole family by land including the only underwater mermaid show in the world and waterslides at Weeki Wachee Spring Park. Easy access to pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants and much more within 10 minutes of the property. The home comes with 5 adult kayaks and 3 children's. The boat ramp makes it easy to get in and out of the water and is ideal for the kids to play in the shallow (under adult supervision, always!). The spacious home hosts up to 6 guests comfortably with a king size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen size and two convertible chairs (that make up either another queen or two single beds) in the additional bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The large living room is perfect for a movie night or playing games with the whole family while the dining area sits everyone for a great meal together. Guests will enjoy walk-in closets, washer and dryer, dishwasher and a well-stocked kitchen with all the utensils and accessories a home cook could ask for including a brand new set of pots and pans and plenty of Tupperware. There is a charcoal grill AND a gas grill. We ask guests to clean the grills have using them. The hosts are not responsible for providing gas or charcoal. We ask all our guests to treat this home with kindness and respect as it is also our family's beloved home away from home. Please note : we require a rental agreement and we have 3 OUTDOOR cameras to keep the property safe.

Once you've read the following house rules and shared them with all the guests staying at Belle Springs & Oaks in Weeki Wachee, we would greatly appreciate it if you would reply to the "House Rules" message you receive to confirm you agree to comply. - Children must NEVER be left unattended/unsupervised inside or outside the house since the home is on the water and there are no fences. - By completing your reservation with Belle Springs & Oaks in Weeki Wachee you agree to the rental agreement (link provided). (Each of the following house rules have a cost associated for being broken:) - Check in is at 4pm / check out at 11am - late check out: $15/15 mins - Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house - fee contingent on cleaning company evaluation - additional overnight or otherwise visitors must be disclosed upon making the reservation - $100 per overnight visitor/per night - Absolutely no parties are allowed - we are grateful to have wonderful neighbors and would like to respect their peaceful environment - parties will automatically void the booking and guests can be asked to leave immediately - Quiet times are from 10pm to 8am - Water activities: we provide fun toys to play in the water but remember that this stay is about enjoying nature therefore if wildlife is present, please give them some space to pass through as tranquil as possible - dogs (2 max) up to 25 lbs ONLY allowed - $100/day fee and any deep cleaning fee as per cleaning company evaluation - Parking for up to 4 cars is allowed in front of the house - Garbage pick up is Tuesday and Friday morning - please put out and/or bring in garbage bins as needed - Damages: broken or missing items from towels and furnishings to kayaks or the home itself will be deducted from the deposit. If costs add up to beyond the deposit further action will be taken.

Please note we are pet friendly with a non refundable pet fee of $200. Only one pet under 20lbs (no cats) allowed.
